by isleofman.com 14th October 2012

Police are asking for witnesses to come forward after a woman was assaulted in front of Ramsey Town Hall yesterday afternoon.

The 57 year old suffered facial injuries in the attack, which happened at 1.30pm, and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Officers say a number of passers-by stopped and gave the woman first aid.

Police say Parliament Square was quite busy at the time and they’re asking anybody who saw what happened to come forward.

If you have any information you can contact police on 631212.
