Minister happy about cover for Chief Executive

by isleofman.com 11th October 2012

Economic Development Minister John Shimmin says he is more than happy with the changes put in place to his team to cover the four month loss of the department's Chief Executive.

Colin Kniveton has been seconded to Sark and is set to play a pivotal role in its constitutional development.

The pair faced a series of questions from the Tynwald Economic Policy Review Committee yesterday afternoon.

Chris Corlett will move from the highest spending department of Social Care, where many reforms are planned, to replace Mr. Kniveton during his absence.

Minister John Shimmin is reassuring the business community the work goes on:-
