Bus drivers reject paid lunch break cut

The Island's bus drivers have rejected the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure's latest cost-cutting proposal - an end to their paid lunch break entitlement.

Minister Graham Cregeen says he's 'disappointed' with the result.

It's understood departmental officials are meeting with representatives of the drivers' union, Unite, this afternoon to discuss the outcome of the ballot.
