1 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp raw honey
2 spring onions, white parts only, minced
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Store in a jar. Label and date and use within a month.
