Social policy consultation comes to an end

by isleofman.com 16th September 2012

It's your last chance to comment on the Island's Social Policy.

The Department of Social Care has been running a consultation since July - but the deadline for contributions is noon tomorrow (Mon 17th)

There's been an excellent response so far with over 950 individuals and organisations making their views heard by completing an on-line survey or submitting comments in writing.

Minister Chris Robertshaw has also held public meetings which have been attended by hundreds of members of the public.

You can contribute online at surveymonkey.com/s/iomsocialpolicydebate . . . or obtain a hard copy from the Tynwald Library on Finch Road at Commissioners' Offices across the Island or at the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal.

You can also obtain a paper copy by phoning 685 129 or emailing iomsocialpolicydebate@gov.im
