Police have named the young woman who was found dead at her home on Sunday morning.
Caitlin Majella Alker, aged 19, was discovered in a property on Murray’s Road in Douglas.
Officers are investigating her death on behalf of the Coroner of Inquests and are working closely with the family.
They say the full facts and circumstances are not known – and they won’t make any further comment while the investigation is ongoing.
