The Manx National Two Day Trial is underway.

Open to solos and sidecars the event has been running ever since 1955 and attracts top riders from around the British Isles and further afield.

Competitors will have their work cut out as they traverse the Island, taking on sections in places such as Pooil Vaaish, Knock Froy, Axnfell and Lhergy Dhoo.

For spectators there are a number of easy vantage points such as the sections on the Marine Drive and at the Villa Marina.

Andrew Cubbon is one of the organisers and a competitor:

(Full details of the schedule and all the vantage points are available in the Manx Grand Prix programme or on the mgpfestival.com website)
