Crowe Morgan staff raise ?400 for The Children’s Centre

by isleofman.com 24th August 2012

Generous staff at Crowe Morgan Chartered Accountants raised £400 for The Children’s Centre with a series of dress down days. Every Friday staff at the firm’s offices in St George’s Street, Douglas, organise a dress down day and all those who takes part pays £1. Twice a year the staff vote to decide which charity or other organisation should be given a donation. In August they decided to support the work of the Island’s leading charity for families and children. Michael Crowe, Partner at Crowe Morgan, commented:

“The dress down days are very popular and a great way for us to raise funds to support local charities and voluntary organisations. The Children’s Centre’s wide range of projects across the Island make it a worthy cause which all the staff are delighted to support.”

Michelle O’Malley, Fundraising Manager at The Children’s Centre, accepted a cheque on behalf of the charity and thanked Crowe Morgan’s staff for their generous donation
