Minibus provides summer fun for Crossroads youngsters

by isleofman.com 22nd August 2012

A new minibus for Crossroads Care is giving more youngsters on their holiday scheme the chance to get out and about.

The 17 seater vehicle can take wheelchair users giving them the opportunity to go on trips away from the Carer's Centre.

It's been paid for by donations from three local trusts.

Fund-raising Co-ordinator Alex Wilson says it's a huge boost for the children but also their parents, some of whom would struggle without the holiday scheme.
