The unseasonable - if now rather standard - less than summery conditions have caused problems for the Snaefell Mountain Railway today (Wed)
Operators say the service has been suspended until this evening because of very high winds. Winds are expected to die down by late afternoon and they're be hoping to run the evening services as per timetable.
The Manx Electric Railway from Douglas to Ramsey is operating as normal.
