An Island company which went into administration in May is being investigated by the Civil Aviation Authority.
The CAA says it’s looking into whether Express Bookers misused the Atol logo – and whether it sold holidays misleadingly.
The firm, based in Castletown, ceased trading earlier this year when it appointed a liquidator.
