CCTV an option for commissioners

by isleofman.com 12th August 2012

Port Erin Commissioners are considering using CCTV to put an end to anti-social behaviour at a bus stop in the village.

At their last board meeting, members heard about problems at the shelter in Bridson Street – one camera is already in place.

However, another in front of the Cherry Orchard is now being considered.

Members were also told about incidents of anti-social behaviour in Athol Park Glen, Dandy Hill and Droghadfayle Road, which have now been reported to police.
