One of music’s best-known guitar brands has named Manxman Davy Knowles as one of the top ten modern blues guitarists.
Gibson says the 25-year-old blues guitarist and singer from Port St Mary “plays the blues with the sincerity of someone twice his age”.
He’s come in at number six on the list compiled on the guitar manufacturer’s web page.
Chicago-based Davy has toured all over the States and has released two albums.
