Plan your big day at The Palace Wedding Fair

by isleofman.com 6th August 2012

Couples preparing for their big day should save the date for next month’s Palace Wedding Fair.

The event will take place at the 4-star Best Western Palace Hotel ♦ Casino from 1.00pm till 4.00pm on Sunday, August 19.

The annual Wedding Fair always brings together some of the Island’s leading wedding suppliers to showcase options for couples planning their special day, all in a venue which, with its stunning sea views, has long been established as a favourite wedding reception venue.

Exhibitors include Balloons To Go, Charles Alexander, Embellished Elegance, GH Corlett, Graih My Chree, Hot Gossip, Island Chocolate Fountains, P.A.O.S Stationary, Platinum Cars, Shan’s Photography, Signature, Steve Woodley Photography, Switched On Entertainment, The Sefton and Tracey Bell.

Best Western Palace Hotel ♦ Casino, Group Conference and Events Sales Manager Nicola Wilkinson said: ‘Both the Palace Wedding Fair and the Sefton Wedding Fair, which takes place in February, are proving to be increasingly popular and that’s down to having such ideal venues and first-rate exhibitors who are leaders in their fields.

‘What’s interesting for this year’s Palace Wedding Fair is the fact that both the Best Western Palace Hotel and The Sefton now have licences to stage civil weddings, which means that couples can hold their entire wedding day in just one venue.’

Nicola added: ‘The great attraction of wedding fairs is that they allow brides and grooms-to-be to meet and talk with suppliers of just about everything they will need for their big day, all under the same roof.

‘The event will also provide the opportunity to look around the Best Western Palace complex itself, and see what it can offer as a wedding day venue. What’s more, we’re offering an extra incentive to couples this year. If they book their wedding at the Fair on August 19, both bride and groom-to-be will receive free membership of the Palace Health Club for 12 months – which means they can really look their best for their big day!’

Entrance to the Palace Wedding Fair is free. To find out more information, please call 645534.
