Concern over pensioners' bus passes

Pensioners potentially paying for bus passes has caused concern amongst the Island's over 60s.

A public consultation was launched by the department of Social Care last week, with a number of proposals on how to cut government spending.

Minister Chris Robertshaw has put a questionnaire together to gauge the public's response on means- and needs-testing for Island benefits and public services.
