Door is open to cycling fraternity says Minister

by isleofman.com 26th July 2012

The new Minister for Community Culture and Leisure says he's disappointed members of the cycling fraternity haven't approached his Department with ideas to improve facilities on the Island.

Comments have been made in the local media criticising the lack of such facilities on the Island.
