Man lay dead for a month, court hears

A court's heard a 60-year-old man lay dead at home for four weeks before his body was discovered.

An inquest at Douglas courthouse this afternoon heard Philip John Rushten was found by police who broke into his home in Strang Close.

Mr Rushten had a history of clinical depression and alcohol abuse, but the hearing was told he died of heart failure.
