Ballacottier and Manor Park could have pre-school provision

by isleofman.com 25th July 2012

Ballacottier and Manor Park may yet have pre-school provision in September.

It had been thought that due to lack of demand, the largest new provider of services - Mooinjer Veggey - had withdrawn from the schools.

The majority of the new providers for pre-school facilities say they will be opening as advertised on September 5th, following the withdrawal of the government earlier this year from the free provision of places.

It's claimed morning sessions are well subscribed though afternoons have been proving more problematic to fill.

Speaking on Mandate this morning, Chairman of Mooinjer Veggey, Phil Gawne MHK, said talks are still on-going regarding the two schools in question
