Music marathon in Port Erin

by isleofman.com 21st July 2012

Rushen Silver Band has a four-hour treat for music-lovers this Sunday (July 22).

The band will hold a music marathon at St. Columba’s Church in Port Erin from 2pm until 6pm.

The event will raise funds for the band’s planned trip to the Borders Entertainment Contest in Scotland later this year.

Admission is free and organisers say members of the public will get the chance to request a piece of music, play percussion, or even conduct the band.
