Tour de France leader Bradley Wiggins has praised Sky team-mate Mark Cavendish.
The Yellow Jersey holder says the Manx Missile has been "so committed to my cause".
Wiggins went on to say "Mark has been fantastic these last two-and-a-half weeks - he's a great champion... an absolute gentleman".
Wiggins has a lead of over two minutes and is favourite to become the first ever British winner of Le Tour.
Cav has won only one stage at the 2012 edition but Wiggins is promising to help him achieve a fourth consecutive win on the final stage in Paris.
He says "Obviously there is still the stage to Paris for him and we're going to lay it down in Paris for him and try to get him the win there. He's also got the Olympic road race which he's been quite open about. That's his main objective this year."
Today is a rest day before tomorrow's big mountain stage which includes the infamous Col du Tourmalet.
