by isleofman.com 15th July 2012

The Chief Minister says he didn't consider a member of the Legislative Council in his recent appointment of a new Education Minister.

Allan Bell was speaking after his appointment of Tim Crookall to the position and introduction of Graham Cregeen to the Council of Ministers to take over Mr Crookall's ministerial position within the Department of Community,Culture and Leisure.
