The Department of Social care has been given the keys for a new care centre in Ramsey.
Reayrt Skyal is the final part of a 20-year plan to improve the Isle of Man's services for older people with mental difficulties.
It replaces previous facilities in Gardner House at Ramsey District Cottage Hospital.
Ramsey MHK Leonard Singer accepted the keys on behalf of the Department.
