The government is proposing major changes to the Island’s universal benefits system.
Social Care Minister Chris Robertshaw says there’ll be a series of consultations on the changes to social care policy over the summer.
The changes, according to Mr Robertshaw, will mean more emphasis on the truly needy – with less support for people considered to be self-sufficient or well-off.
