As part of the ongoing development of its global Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) distribution capability, Standard Bank Offshore has appointed Rachel Lee to its IFA team based in the Isle of Man.
Standard Bank’s IFA Distribution team provides tailor-made banking services via an established network of IFA’s across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. Rachel joins the team as business development manager with responsibility for Latin America.
Within her new role, Ms Lee will build on the Bank’s existing IFA connections in Latin America and develop new business opportunities in the region. She joins an established team of colleagues who each hold responsibility for IFA relationships in different geographic areas.
Prior to joining Standard Bank she has held various management roles within the offshore banking industry including financial planning manager, customer relationship manager and since 2003, business development manager for an international offshore bank. She has experience working with institutional and corporate clients as well as private and personal clients to deliver global banking solutions. She holds the Cert PFS and CEMAP qualifications.
