Police have confirmed that the man found dead yesterday morning was local, though he hasn't been officially named.
His body was discovered at 6.20am yesterday morning by the National Sports Centre by a member of the public.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The dead man's family have been notified and the Coroner of Inquests has been informed.
Police are not treating the matter as suspicious.
