Is Tynwald Hill a tourist attraction?

A local man with a business right next to the centre of today's Tynwald ceremony says he has been told Tynwald Hill doesn't warrant tourist signage.

Nigel Kermode, who runs a local tea rooms, says he wanted to get St Johns and its attractions recognised and signs erected to show motorists how to get there.

He says he contacted tourism MHK Geoff Corkish to raise the issue but was surprised at the response that came back

Director of Tourism, Angela Byrne says she is suprised to hear the claim
