Suspicious car fire: investigation underway

A suspicious car fire in the early hours of the morning is being investigated by police.

The white car was parked near to a car showroom forecourt in the area of Rosemount in Douglas when the fire happened around 1am on Sunday.

It damaged the inside of the vehicle and some of its contents.

Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident and have been bailed while enquiries continue.
