TravelNews.im winners enjoy a fantastic holiday

by isleofman.com 3rd July 2012

Two lucky tourists won a trip to the Isle of Man simply by subscribing to the TravelNews.im website. Peter and Fiona Gill from Bradford, West Yorkshire, won a competition for a fantastic trip to the Island which included flights from any Manx2.com destination and two nights accommodation at the 4 Star Claremont Hotel in a luxury room with a sea view and breakfast.

The couple flew over from Leeds on June 23 and visited Fiona’s brother who works as a postman on the Island. They also arrived in time to watch the Manx Telecom Parish Walk and during their week long trip they visited many of the Island’s tourist attractions - and had time to sample some delicious Davison’s Ice Cream! The competition was free to enter and open to new subscribers to TravelNews.im between March 9 and April 21 this year.

Hattie Castle, Director of TravelNews.im, said:

“We had a fantastic response to the competition and are delighted that Fiona and Peter enjoyed their trip to the Island. Thank you to the Claremont and Manx2.com for offering such great prizes and to all of the TravelNews.im subscribers who entered the competition.”
