Holder Harris tops qualifying

Emma Harris has launched her bid for a fifth successive Appleby Isle of Man Ladies' Golf Championship.

The 16 year-old from Peel topped qualifying at Rowany yesterday (Sunday) with rounds of 78 and 72.

She’ll meet Joy Phelan in tomorrow’s last 16.

The matches start at 5pm at 10 minute intervals.

After the Harris-Phelan start it will be:

Jasmine Heginbotham v Muriel Cain
Ana Dawson v Ellie Matthews
Helen Gyselynck v Joy Morris
Jane Gaines v Kayleigh Dawson
Mair Gardner v Anne Gundry
Heather McKenna v Karen Faragher
Irene Waterhouse v Shirley Glover
