The chairman of the Liberal Vannin Party says he’s staggered that the government minister who leaked a confidential Council of Ministers document remains in post.
David Cretney apologised and offered to resign from his position heading the Infrastructure Department after releasing information about state-run pre-schools to a constituent.
That offer was rejected by his colleagues on the Council of Ministers.
