Campaigners who received leaked Council of Ministers documents from Infrastructure Minister David Cretney have defended their actions.
Amy Burns and Lisa Morris have issued a statement following the political fallout which saw Mr Cretney offer to resign.
His resignation was rejected by Chief Minister Allan Bell and the rest of the Council of Ministers.
In their statement, Amy and Lisa say they have no regrets about their evidence.
The duo say: "After the fall out from our giving evidence to the scrutiny committee, we would like to make it known we make no apologies for our actions in retrospect or otherwise.
"We were asked to give evidence in a court under oath, which we did. We were also asked to supply any evidence that we had received, that we may refer to in court.
"We were asked how we had come in to possession of these papers, to which it was released that Amy's MHK had provided them for her to scrutinise and provide Mr Cretney information to argue the Pre -school case in the coMin chambers.
"It was not for reassurance purposes as stated by Mr Cretney and we have further evidence to support this if need be."
