The chief minister has spoken to Manx Radio about the decision to keep David Cretney in the Council of Ministers, after the infrastructure minister broke the CoMin code.
Mr Cretney passed a confidential document to pre-school campaigners, as revealed at a Social Affairs Policy Review Committee hearing yesterday.
Mr Cretney has argued the document was made public after he gave it to them, and that his reasons for passing it on were good.
