There's a claim Infrastructure Minister David Cretney leaked a confidential document from the Council of Ministers to pre-school campaigners as they fought against privatisation.
The "bombshell" came at the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee on pre-school education this morning.
The committee, chaired by Brenda Cannell MHK, was given copies of the document by Amy Burns and Lisa Morris as they gave evidence.
