Heated skillet – sauté 4 ounces chicken strips, 1 minced garlic clove & ¼ tsp red pepper flakes.
Add 2 cups chopped asparagus and cook for a further 3 minutes.
In a small bowl whisk together 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp sesame seeds and juice & zest of 1 orange – add to skillet and cook – 1 minute.
Serve with brown rice.
