3 large strawberries, quartered
¼ cup blueberries
½ cup skimmed milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
½ cup 0% greek yoghurt
½ small banana, cut into chunks
½ cup crushed ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process on high until smooth, serve immediately.
