Isle of Man Bank to open on Sunday

by isleofman.com 23rd June 2012

The Isle of Man Bank in Regent Street in Douglas is taking the unusual step of opening on a Sunday this weekend.

It's because of the technical issues with their systems which means account balances have not updated properly.

A spokesperson says this problem is strictly of a technical nature and they recognise it's an unacceptable inconvenience for customers.

They say staff in branches and at the telephone centre are ready and available to answer any questions and help where they can.

The Regent Street branch will be open from 11am to 3pm tomorrow (Sunday) and NatWest and RBS International customers can also be served.
