Chief Minister Allan Bell has described watching Sinn Fein's Martin McGuinness make a landmark decision to shake hands with the Queen when she visits Belfast next week.
Mr McGuinness announced he would at the end of the British Irish Council meeting in Scotland yesterday (Friday), during a press conference attended by Mr Bell.
The historic handshake is expected to take place in a private room at the beginning of a cross-border event on Wednesday.
