Individual Targets for Parish Walkers

by isleofman.com 22nd June 2012

A record entry of 1,819 are set to compete in tomorrow's Manx Telecom Parish Walk which starts at 8am at the National Sports Centre.

With the winner for the past four years Jock Waddington missing from the start list, the race for overall honours is wide open.

But away from the elite walkers, everyone in the field will have their own personal goals to achieve.

At last night's registration session, these competitors told Tim Glover about their objectives:-

The second registration session is at the National Sports Centre this evening between 5.30 and 8.30pm.

Organisers request that you use The Bowl car park before crossing the bridge to the marquee next to the athletics grandstand.
