Fairbairn Private Bank has been voted Best International Wealth Provider for the fourth year running in the Professional Adviser International Fund and Product Awards 2012. The awards, which are in their 13th year, are judged by an independent panel of industry practitioners and experts. There were over 50 entries for this year’s awards, coming from a wide range of companies in the offshore sector. The bank also received a Highly Commended award for Best International Service Initiative, having won this category last year. These latest accolades mark a 12-year unbroken record of winning achievements at these prestigious industry awards.
The bank was acknowledged by the judges for its commitment to training and development and evidence of commitment to its customers and distributors. The judges stated this highlighted a genuine interest and sensitivity towards client needs. In particular, they liked the decision to widen access to Fairbairn Private Bank’s excellent discretionary investment service to clients at a lower entry level through the introduction of UCITS IV compliant collective investment funds. The bank was also credited for its sharp eye on market direction and client needs which underpins the recently announced business growth figures, citing total assets up by over 17% year-on-year in the opening quarter of 2012.
