The Island’s Data Protection Supervisor says anyone in the construction industry who fears they were blacklisted can find out if their name is on an illegal database.
Last week, the GMB union said it had found 10 names form the Isle of Man on records from UK building giant Carillion.
Those records were part of a huge database uncovered in 2010 and more people on the Island may have been affected by it.
