A trades union has revealed at least ten people from the Isle of Man were included in a UK blacklist covering the construction industry.
The GMB says it obtained records through building firm Carillion as it fought a case against the company.
The ten people either lived or worked on the Island and were put on the illegal list after walking off a site in a dispute.
The Island’s Data Protection Supervisor Iain McDonald says details about the men are sketchy.
