Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was seen acting suspiciously around Derby Square Lane.
He was reported as acting inappropriately towards a woman who then contacted police.
The incident happened around 8.30 am on Wednesday morning.
The man is described as being around six feet in height, of slim build and with an olive complexion. He was wearing a grey flat cap and a dark jacket.
