Manx Gas is carrying out emergency repair works in Ramsey which is causing some disruption for motorists.
There has been a gas leak at the junction of Parliament Square and Brookfield Road.
A spokesperson says they will try and carry out the work as soon possible, but it is likely to last until Wednesday.
General traffic is able to pass by the area, but bus services have been affected.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure says the Ramsey Town Service C will not serve the Claughbane Estate until further notice.
