Open day raises thousands

Isle of Man Creamery has raised thousands of pounds for the Special Care Baby Unit at Noble’s Hospital.


The company, headquartered in Tromode, threw open its doors for an Open Day where people could see how it makes its products.

Children took part in butter and cheese making and even milked a life-size model milking cow.

The day raised a total of ?2,684, which will go towards new equipment to help critically ill newborn infants.
