Pinewood Pub raise money for local charities

by isleofman.com 7th June 2012

Over £800 was raised at the Pinewood Pub for Hospice Isle of Man and Rebecca House.

The money has been raised by darts fundraising evenings and collecting boxes.

Ex landlady Shirley Wood organised the events during her time in charge. Shirley’s daughter Lindsey presented the cheques to Terri Cook along with Pinewood regulars Tony Steel and Roy Thomas.  Shirley and the team decided split equally the proceeds between Rebecca House and Hospice Isle of Man.
