Report will help counter Island's critics

Chief Minister Allan Bell says a new report will allow the government to counter the Island’s critics who label us a tax haven.

The 30-page Ernst & Young report looks at the benefits the Isle of Man brings to the UK and world economies and will be used to promote the Island.

Mr Bell says it builds on previous documents such as the Foot Report which said the Island makes an important contribution to the City of London.

And he says it’ll be a valuable tool in future:
