McGuinness wins Superbike opener

John McGuinness clinched his 18th Isle of Man TT win by taking victory at a race record speed in Saturday's opening Superbike event.

McGuinness was pushed all the way over the six laps by Australian Cameron Donald but ended up with a 14-second advantage over his fellow Honda rider.

Bruce Anstey completed the podium, with Guy Martin fourth.

The Morecambe rider set the fastest lap at 130.48mph on his fourth lap.
