Dog owner prosecuted

A Douglas dog owner has been taken to court for allowing his pet to foul a public path.

The case was brought by Douglas Borough Council after members of the public reported the incident.

The dog's owner Graham Robert Johnson from Circular Road in the town ignored challenges to clear-up after the animal.
