by isleofman.com 26th May 2012

Final preparations are ongoing for an event which has become something of a TT tradition over the last few years.

Manx Charity Aid's Band Day takes place at Bushy's Beer Tent throughout this afternoon (Sunday) and evening.

Eight local acts, ranging from young upstarts Panicland to grizzled blues rockers Stalking Heads, will be gracing the stage.

The event raises thousands for local charities every year.

Manx Charity Aid's secretary Andrea Dentith outlines who's benefitting this year:

Tickets are ?10, can be bought at Bushy's Beer tent and entitle you to entrance throughout the event.
