Could S100 move to a weekend slot?

Organisers are open to the idea of moving the Southern 100 to a weekend slot.

The Department of Economic Development has suggested the move, as officials believe it would attract more race fans.

But Southern 100 Club Secretary George Peach says they'd like to retain the four days of practice and racing.

Mr Peach says that's as far as discussions have gone at the moment:
